Why don’t we offer free packages at the moment?

Let’s switch roles for a second. How would you feel if someone asked you whether you’d groom their dog for free just this time? Or do their nails for free forever? Just like you, we are a small business with bills to pay and need to make ends meet. We make exceptions and help where we can. But, we also have server costs, subscriptions for faster coding, customer support, phone, internet, business email, website cost bills, accountant fees, Levi’s, and my wages, etc. Just like you, we try to help wherever we can, but we need to charge for our services to keep the lights on.

We do our best to minimize the groomers’ costs. We chose not to be the middleman, and we don’t take a cut from each card payment, nor do we delay payouts when the groomers get their paycheck. We facilitate that you could use Stripe to accept card payments. Stripe takes a cut only, and all the money you earn lands directly in your bank account ASAP. Instantly, if you use instant payouts.

We don’t mark up emails and texts, nor offer them as add-ons; they are included in the prices.

Our whole software is designed specifically for home-based groomers, so you’re not paying for features you will never or barely use, but get access to ones that help free up your time unprecedentedly and minimize your admin work without hiring a virtual or a front desk assistant.
