Creating an order

  • You start an order by selecting/adding the client and their pet that needs a spa day. (One order is for one dog only.)
  • On the chosen pet’s profile, click the + Appointment button.
  • Pick the services/fees the dog needs.
  • Add notes to the estimate as needed.
  • Send out an estimate with a click of a button.
  • When done with creating the order, set the order status to Ready to Schedule to make it appear at the slide bar in the calendar to offer penciled-in spots.
  • Head over to the calendar to drag and drop the appointment.

Confirming an Appointment by the Groomer

  • Say you are on the phone with a client or scheduling another appointment at the pickup and the client can confirm the appointment time and date on the spot. In this case, after you drag and drop the appointment to the desired time and date, you click the appointment and hit confirm.
  • The confirmation email is sent automatically to the client and they’re all set for the appointment.

Confirming an Appointment By the client via the client portal

Say you are texting/emailing with a client or the client can’t confirm the spots over the phone/in person on the spot because they need to ask their spouse/boss/nanny, etc. In this case, you drag and drop the appointment to the desired times and dates and you share a link with the client to your client portal (if they don’t know it already.) You part ways and after they gather the info to make a decision, they log in to their portal and confirm their preferred time and date for the appointment without you being involved in this step at all.

This is an especially handy approach for scheduling out the whole year in advance for a client. You come up with a plan together (frequency, services, preferred times/dates/etc.), you set up the appointment and the client confirms each appointment from the client portal.

They’ll get all the appointment confirmations automatically.

Appointment confirmation email:

  • They are sent out automatically after the groomer or the owner confirms an appointment.
  • They can also be sent/resent manually.
